Your secret credentials are not a special unique snowflake.  Are you proud of your password?  Do you not want to change it?  Does it contain any type of personal information or your preferences?  If you answered yes to any of these questions affirmatively, then congratulations, your password is easily guessable and you should change it immediately to something more random and unrelated.
